Furnished Main Floor of Elegant Downtown Steamboat 3600 sq' Home This is a 3 bed/3.5 bath home that sits is on a large, quiet lot with lots of trees and is only 2 blocks from the Old Town Hot springs & Rec center, Natural grocers, Lincoln Ave, and the free bus to mountain and hospital. It is an easy walk to downtown restaurants. The Old Town Rec center has monthly passes and are worth getting to have use of hot springs, gym, climbing wall and classes. The Free Bus 2 blocks away will take you to the mountain, hospital, grocery stores. The mountain is about a 15 minute bus ride. Your space: You have private use of the main floor 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, living areas, kitchen, laundry room, covered patio with grill, office with printer, sitting rooms. All other areas are private. The garage is heated and we will store our vehicles there, but you may use it to store your gear. This is not a shared home. You will be renting the entire place, but wish to be clear about which areas you may access. Included: we will provide the initial kitchen, bathroom and cleaning supplies. Afterwards you will be responsible for them. Utilities are not included. Greeting: we will greet you and familiarize you with the home and appliances. There will also be a comprehensive guide with pictures and detailed explanations for each area of the home. Departure: we will do a walk through upon departure. Departure Cleaning: $325 Biweekly basic cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and floors: $200 We have trusted cleaners that you can hire to come in and help with cleaning during your stay. It is a home of Steamboat residents, not a typical rental, and we are looking for responsible renters who understand the difference. Lease minimum of 30 days. Seasonal Rental from December through April 12 (give or take). Utilities not included and the initial utilities will be paid in advance based on the average of the past 2 years.
