Renter responsible for snow removal Loft access which is the bedroom is via ladder. Use at own risk. Dog upon approval only and will require an additional $250 deposit and $100/month No smoking in the cabin or bath house. The cabin has heated water to the kitchen. The toilet and shower and laundry facilities are in a separate building we call the bath house. Bath house is 15 feet from cabin. It is private for this cabin renter only. Plenty of firewood for the winter ambiance wood fireplace. But the gas furnaces do a good job keeping the place cozy.
