Being that you are only a block and half away from Lillie Avenue means that you can walk to the Summerland Winery tasting room, shop at one of the many luxury antique home stores, or enjoy a wonderful meal at one of the local restaurants.
The three bedroom and three and a half bath home boasts and open floor plan living space complete with detailed craftsmanship including rustic wood beams, hickory floors, entry nook, restored original windows, a stone covered fireplace, and shiplap wall with the deck and ocean views as the premier feature. The ample outdoor living space includes a large deck, outdoor dining table, Traeger grill, separate fire pit and in-ground jacuzzi.
