This home has one bedroom, with a walk in closet. A living room, an eat in kitchen with a small pantry and bathroom off of the kitchen. It has a rebuilt front porch for sitting out on. It has all new plumbing installed in the last year. In home washer and dryer may be available for the right applicant. A new water heater and a regularly serviced furnace. It has beautiful mahogany floors in the living room and bedroom which have been recently refinished along with wood grain Pergo in the kitchen. IT has been painted throughout with neutral colors. We have been doing a lot of work on this home and are continuing to do so. If you are interested in this home we will share with you the other upgraded we have planned. Please note: All of our properties are Non Smoking / vaping along with no cats we may consider one medium to small dog. Please note regarding that, Insurance companies have a NO GO to leasing to specific breads of dogs. You should check that out prior to calling for we follow that list. Then you will need to fill out an application along with a credit and background check authorization form. If you have a dog you want us to consider it must meet the following criteria: 1. Be currently licensed in this city and 2. it must be up on all of it's required NYS vaccinations and you must have documentation to present to us that shows all paper work is in order and up to date. There is a one time pet consideration charge along with an additional monthly pet fee added to the rental price. The prices will be determined by owner after talking to you about your dog. Note: Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any dog. Prior to any dog being accepted we require an in person meet and greet with you and your dog at your current place of residence. If you do not want this to happen your application will not be accepted.
