The River traverses over a 1/4 mile through the 80 acre property. The cottage has a wrap around deck and screen porch that you can sit and listen to the waterfall and enjoy the view of the mountains. This off-grid cottage has all you need including solar power, pump water from the river for heated baths in the separate bath house and a tidy outhouse. One cozy bedroom on the main level and an open loft with views of the valley and open concept living/dining room with plenty of space in the kitchen area. Once you get here you won't want to leave.
