Access to the 10, 605, and 210 freeways are a 10-minute drive, getting to Pasadena is a 15-minute drive, and getting to DTLA is a 25-minute drive. The studio offers plenty of fresh air and ample natural lighting with its many windows, complete with top down/bottom up blackout shades for relaxation and privacy. The studio is furnished with modern closets and cabinetry that optimize storage space, and is also furnished with updated appliances, including an in-unit washer and dryer, compact dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, induction cooking range, in-wall A/C unit for cooling and heating, and wireless dimming lights. Wi-Fi is available and has great speeds and consistent connection quality. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with functional grab bars and a rain showerhead. Uncovered parking in the driveway is offered for one vehicle, located directly in front of the studio's entrance. A 220v outlet is located by the parking spot and available for use with an EV charger. Lease term is 12 months, and refundable security deposit is 1 month's rent.
