Our beachy bungalow is located in a perfect location within The Village of Rio Grande. We are 1.1 mi from Spanish Springs town square & 2.6 miles from Lake Sumter Landing. Each location has music nightly with many restaurants, shops and anything you might need. In The Villages, you will find that a golf cart is the preferred means of transportation with over 100 miles of golf cart legal streets & trails. The Villages also includes over 100 rec centers, 70 pools, 54 golf courses + many clubs & activities. A golf cart can be rented from either town square.
Our home is complete with 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen) and 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk in shower, the other has a tub & shower. The dining area is equipped with a large dining table. The kitchen includes all the basics, including a coffee maker, to be able to cook meals at the home. There is a full size washer and dryer in the one car garage. The lanai has a patio table, ceiling fan & comfortable seating. We offer wifi and a TV in the living room and master bedroom.
The area is super quiet & incredibly safe. We have a doorbell camera, MyQ garage door keypad system & a camera on the lanai for our back door. This will add to the security you will feel at our beachy bungalow. There are no indoor cameras.
We do not have a golf cart. However, one can be rented within a mile at the town square.

$1000 security deposit required (monthly rentals), $500 (weekly rentals) to hold the reservation.
--Upon signing rental agreement
(1) Monthly Rental- $1000 security deposit is due within 5 days of a signed contract/agreement.
(2) Tenant will pay 50% of total rent (rent + 7% sales tax + $100 cleaning fee) 60 days prior to arrival date.
(3) Tenant will pay balance of total rent within 30 days of arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
The full rental amount is due and payable 30 days prior to the arrival date. If written cancellation is received less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, of the full rental amount will be refunded. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, unless a tenant can be found for the same rate for the month. Homeowners will open the dates back up for reservation on Rent From a Villager & try our best to get a replacement tenant.
All quoted rent and fees are based on a 4 person max occupancy. Accepted payment methods are Cashier's check, Zelle or Paypal.
It is the tenant's responsibility to pay the $50 (for 2 persons) Temporary ID at the Spanish Springs Sales office. Tenant must send the homeowner their name, address, DOB & picture of the driver's license in order to obtain a pass. This pass will give access to residential amenities including golf at any of the Executive golf courses and recreation centers within The Villages.

Monthly renters are responsible for electricity over $150, water + sewer over $100. These are based on monthly rates. If a renter wants a temporary ID for activities within The Villages, there is a fee of $50 for 2 people.
