This has been my home for the last 3 years and I really do love it. It is adorable, comfortable and updated with lots of natural light during the day. The guest bedroom on the first floor has French doors that open into a twin bed with a hanging chair to comfortable read the night away in. The basement is also an open concept living area with space as an office. The third bedroom is comfortably private in the basement with its own bathroom. There is heat and a gas fireplace for cooler days and central AC for those hot summer days. Monthly housekeeping is also provided to keep the house in tip top shape. The neighbors are incredibly kind and will look out for you and the park is right around the corner.
