    -Unfurnished 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom in the basement of my 4 bed/2.5 bath condo in Thornton -Condo is about 2,500 sq. feet and the basement is about 1,100 sq. feet, which you'll have mostly to yourself (including the furnished entertainment area, office area and exercise area). Tons of storage space available -There is a heated pool that is open during summer months and is just up the street (within walking distance) -I do claim dibs to the garage but usually only use it when it snows and/or when no street parking is available. Outside of that, you would be welcome to park there or use the free street parking (which is right out front of the condo) -Month to month with option for longer leases available after 90 day waiting period -No pets (sorry but we have severe cat allergies and have determined that 2 dogs in the space is just too much) -No smoking inside (vape included) but outside smoking is fine (including 420) -I am super clean and I value having a tidy space, so you'll find that the shared spaces are usually picked up. And as long as you rinse your dishes and put them in the sink, we'll take care of the loading/unloading of the dishwasher!
