Do not block driveways or neighbors. 12. Safety & Security Keep doors and windows locked. Tenant responsible for securing personal items. No weapons or hazardous materials allowed. 13. Entry for Repairs Landlord may enter for repairs, maintenance, or inspection with 24-hour notice (except emergencies). 14. Move-Out Unit must be returned in clean condition.
