Located in a country suburb of the island, my home is a quiet retreat for you to enjoy backyard rocket launches from the pool, relax after a day at the beach or Orlando attractions, or spend some special family time together. We look forward to hosting you! We have a large fenced-in backyard with a hammock to rest in while the dog and kids run around. The pool is in an enclosed lanai so you can swim and lounge without mosquitos. Also, experience powerful rocket launches while floating lazily in the pool. Inside, you have a fully furnished home with two bedrooms and an office, the master suite with a jetted tub and walk-in rain shower, a large chef's kitchen, a sunny breakfast nook, dedicated dining room, a living room, and a library, and many various workstations for dedicated teleworking. This is a one month rental from December 5, 2025 to January 5 2026. Extentions can be considered. Included with the rent is an electricity allowence, water, internet, pool care, lawn care and landscaping. The home is available from Dec 5 through Jan 5. The possibility of extending the rental period for a few weeks is possible. Renter pays utilities in excess of $200. Internet, water, pool care, and lawn care are included. An additional $200 cleaning fee will be required upon move out. The home is fully furnished and linens are included. The garage is not accessible. A well-behaved pet can be considered if agreed upon in advance of the signed contract. A background check will be required.
