He is quiet, keeps entirely to himself, ensuring the space is essentially yours during the day. Animal Residents (The Co-Pilots): Two chill, friendly cats who primarily keep to themselves but enjoy attention, and a sweet dog who is typically away but occasionally visits the home. Must be comfortable with animals. The Co-Pilot Rule Detail: Vigilance with all exterior doors is non-negotiable, especially in cold weather. Cleanliness Standard: We operate on a daily high standard of cleanliness in shared areas. If you wait for a designated "cleaning day," this is not the right fit. Lease Terms & Pricing Monthly Rent (All-Inclusive): $1600 (Includes Gas, Electric, Water, High-Speed Internet, Trash, and all utilities.) Duration: Minimum 30-day stay (Longer contracts preferred).
