We are looking for a reliable, quiet, clean, and friendly individual. The Space & Amenities Private Suite: Spacious Master Bedroom with private bath (shower only), large bright window, and a secure locking door. Fully furnished with a queen bed, large dresser, and ample closet storage. Work From Home Ready: Dedicated WFH station featuring a sit-to-stand desk, and one monitor available for connection. High-speed fiber internet is included. Air Quality Commitment: The central HVAC system uses HEPA filtration, guaranteeing superior air quality and allergy control. This is supplemented by a high-efficiency standing air purifier located in the Master Bedroom. Shared Spaces & Lifestyle: Access to two comfortable living rooms, a fully-equipped, premium kitchen, full laundry, and an elliptical exercise machine. Enjoy the large double car garage for entry/exit and a lovely huge shared backyard space with a covered patio and gas fire pit. The Team & The Vibe: We value a quiet, respectful, and tidy home. We are social but highly respect privacy and quiet hours. The Resident: You will be sharing the space with one co-tenant: The Overnight House Manager (Victor, M). He is an older, friendly, retired gentleman who is only present during strict sleep hours (9:00 PM 7:00 AM). He is quiet, keeps entirely to himself, ensuring the space is essentially yours during the day. Animal Residents (The Co-Pilots): Two chill, friendly cats who primarily keep to themselves but enjoy attention, and a sweet dog who is typically away but occasionally visits the home. Must be comfortable with animals. The Co-Pilot Rule Detail: Vigilance with all exterior doors is non-negotiable, especially in cold weather. Cleanliness Standard: We operate on a daily high standard of cleanliness in shared areas. If you wait for a designated "cleaning day," this is not the right fit. Lease Terms & Pricing Monthly Rent (All-Inclusive): $1600 (Includes Gas, Electric, Water, High-Speed Internet, Trash, and all utilities.) Duration: Minimum 30-day stay (Longer contracts preferred). Deposit: One month's rent. (Willing to discuss splitting into two payments if needed.) Cleaning Fee: A one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 is due upfront.
