Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, two desks, a fan, a closet, and two end tables with drawers. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, a desk, a fan, and a closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, a desk, a closet, a private bathroom, and a private loft. There's a sofa bed in the living room. There's a one time none refundable cleaning fee of $300, refundable $5000 deposit, and the first month rent required before move in. No Pets are allowed inside Rent for shared housing including utilities, garbage, and the internet: Bedroom 1: $1600 a month for the first person, each additional person pays additional $120. The owner will pay for the internet, garbage and the gardener. No Smoking is allowed inside of the house. No screws or pins, etc. allowed unless the tenant gets owner's permission.
