I am renting the downstairs level of my large Tahoe Donner house. The rental is a 1BR/1Bath apartment with kitchenette. Would prefer four month lease minimum with the option to convert to month-to-month. There is a medium sized bedroom, a large bathroom with shower/tub and a living room with kitchenette, large couch, and a desk. There is also a lovely private deck. I use the house periodically but I am not there most of the time and would like someone there especially during the winter. I occupy the upstairs only. I am looking for one person with no pets. I have a dog that is friendly to people but not so much with other animals. There is laundry available and parking on the driveway. The kitchenette is complete but would not be ideal for someone who likes to cook a lot. It has a half size refrigerator, sink, a microwave, a toaster oven/airfry and a double stove top burner. The area is fully furnished. Please do not apply if there is more than one person or a pet. I utilize the upstairs exclusively when I'm there and that area is not included in the lease. I am at the home roughly 30% of the time. Prefer minimum four month lease with option to go to month-to-month. No smoking and no pets. One person. Renter would be expected help keep snow clear from front door entrance and deck. Terms are negotiable

The apartment is quite separate from the house. The housemate (upstairs unit) would mainly be me and occasionally my adult children. I have a dog as well. I will not be there full-time. I'm hoping to be at the house a third of the time this winter
