Brand new home, featuring a semi-private lower level including a spacious living room, large TV, and gas fireplace, with a kitchenette. Also, enjoy a private patio with a fire pit on the lower level. Two queen-size bedrooms are available. The shared upper-level features a large chef-style kitchen, a living area, a deck, and a hot tub. This home is available for shared monthly or seasonal leases (ski-lease/summer-lease). We are looking for one or two persons per bedroom. Please, no pets. We have one dog ourselves, which is friendly and very well-behaved. We are tech professionals seeking like-minded, fun, mature, nature-loving persons to share this lease with. We are avid snow skiers and will be skiing at Palisades (Squaw/Alpine) this year. We also enjoy all the outdoor activities in the summer.
