: The room has a TV, a queen size bed, a nice sized closet, and also the ceiling light is attached to a fan for the summers (though there is also AC). This is a first floor unit and there is a patio outside with a shade, 2 lawn chairs, and a small fireplace. There is tile everywhere and no carpet for cleanliness because of how pet friendly the place is, I like to keep it odor free. Roomate: Because I will be living here too, I prefer to live with a female renter. I have a well-behaved small dog. I'm a University student who spends my time studying, working, cooking, hiking, going to the gym, or traveling. The bathroom/ shared spaces: There are 2 bathrooms meaning the renter gets their own bathroom space. This is a recently renovated property so many brand new appliances are enjoyable. Shared spaces include the beautiful new kitchen, the living room, a coffee bar area, and the dining area. Utilities will be split 50/50. There is also a doggy door for small to medium sized dogs that leads to the patio. Location: The location is near many shopping centers and a beautiful park within walking/ biking distance. There is free parking all around the building at a close distance. Dog-friendly unit/ complex and there is a dog park in the complex. There is also a laundry building and clubhouse in the complex. 2 Pools are also available for use in the complex, and the park nearby also has a dog park, a pool, and splash pad, and lots of courts for sports as well as a playground. Utilities: - Water & HOA fees are included with rent - Electricity, Gas, and WiFi will not be included with rent. Smoking: Smoking & Vaping of any kind is not tolerated inside the unit. Parking: There is one parking space that comes with the property directly outside of the unit. There are also plenty of uncovered parking around the complex that is free to park at.
