The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, large flat screened TV, furnishings, and a private patio. Wander through the resort style common areas and you will find beautifully landscaped and park like grounds, heated pool/hot tub, fireplace, barbecue area, gazebo, clubhouse, and gym! No pets or smoking are allowed in the unit. No pets/smoking. Rental payment is due on the 1st of the month. Renter will be charged a $100/day for any missed/late payments.
