This is a coach house. Price includes all utilities, fully furnished, and parking. This house is only a block from the beach :) It is a delightful. spacious, updated beach cottage studio with a full bath, queen-sized bed, kitchenette, and private outdoor patio with grill. Perfect for one person. I am looking for longer term lease 12 mo or more, but reach out if you are looking for a shorter stay, I may be able to help. The fully furnished space includes sweet little couch, chair, ottoman, two tables (one indoor, one outdoors) a small dresser, and a place to hang clothes. The bed includes four very large pull-out drawers for convenient, hidden storage space. The small couch pulls out to add an additional twin-size bed. The kitchenette is tiny, but it has a full fridge, convection cooktop, sink, and microwave. Krups coffee maker, new toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, silverware, and kitchen towels.. Also: access to on-site laundry. Free on-site parking. Wifi. Beach chairs and towels. Even a beach cruiser bike for getting around the island! The house sits on a wonderful property with lit palm trees and nice landscaping. The owner (me!) lives in the main house on site, with two dogs Sammy and Lucy (and they have a separately fenced yard). All utilities included in rent, including WiFi. Security deposit of one months rent required.
