Includes common area use of 2 dining areas, 2 living rooms, spacious high ceiling home with plenty of backyard & front yard space (.20 acre area) for gardening , farm veggies and planting sustainable edibles. Very Quiet and clean , organized tenants only. Must be able to keep common areas neat and tidy. No smoking/vaping anything on premises. No loud music and or TV. NO foul language. Pet friendly: must be house broken/kenneled, not allowed to roam freely inside house. Outside pets preferred. Non- aggressive pets only (pets must "not" be listed on the property insurance list of aggressive dogs.) To apply and tour, applicants must send us valid drivers license photo ID, and be willing to do a background check. Send Photocopy Proof of Employment and/or/ source of-payment funds. No credit check necessary. Payments must be received 3 days prior to check in. Hold deposit $500 (non refundable but applicable to final payment) and security deposit $1000, can be paid in 2 installment payments. This ad will also be part of rental agreement, Nightly rates, 30 day minimum. 30 days at a time. Hold deposit required to hold for longer term leases. Payments must clear 3 days prior to check in. All rooms have key lock box, and 1 assigned bathroom. Payments must be received 3 days prior to the next 30 day period. If payments do not clear 3 days prior, then tenant must check out. Month to month hold deposit remains rolling month to month until last 30 days, then can be applied to last 30 day payment. Any damage, and or pet messes must be repaired, and/or fixed at pet owners expense. Rates include utilities, wifi, rubbish disposal, and reserved parking. Does "not" include optional laundry cleaning room fee: $150/month. House rules must be agreed to or we can provide notice to terminate rental agreement and tenant must check out. This is lease agreement may be modified at any time by owners.

The Mission House has kindly hosted working missionaries, working professionals, travel nurses, work construction teams, students, and/or military/veterans and their families. Usually small pet owners.
