Homeowner lives on 3rd floor in master (that's Scott), and other lodger lives on 3rd floor (that's Johnny). 1.3 miles to the 170, 2.3 miles to the 101, 3.6 miles to the 405. All within 2 blocks: Starbucks, park, running trail, grocery store, Chipotle, LA Fitness, CVS/Walgreens, Orange Bus line. Private bedroom & ensuite full bath on 1st floor. There are stairs to the common space / kitchen / dining on the 2nd floor as well as to laundry on the third floor and then the roof deck. - Victory Blvd is a busy street and there are street noises. If you already live in LA you know what that is, if you don't then it's not as bad as NYC-noises or downtown LA, but not living-on-a-farm-with-complete-quiet either. I use a white noise machine at night and sleep like a bebe.
