One bedroom with shared bath is available for single occupants. Privileges to all other common areas of the house including kitchen, living, loft space, laundry, and back patio. Parking is on the street and the driveway is available sometimes. Prefer extremely clean and responsible individuals. No work from home. Prefer someone with regular day time work schedules. No pets.
