25 minute walk to downtown waterfront area
Close to Clark College (15 minute walk or short bus ride)
Rental is month to month and we ideally want someone that wishes to stay at least six months
No smoking of any kind
No pets
This room for rent is on the second floor of the house and right next to a 1/2 bathroom shared with 1 female on the same floor. Just to note- she is often working out of town.
Everyone cleans up after cooking and keeps common areas clean in the main house ( you and two housemates would share the main house)
Washer/Dryer is in the house
The house is quiet and has a backyard and covered patio
Side street parking (always spots available very close and free)
Storage area to keep 1 bike
People here are friendly and tend to do their own thing
What is needed to rent:
Rental and personal references
Good rental history over the last few years, no evictions, history of rent paid on time, clean up after yourself right away when cooking and keep common areas clean
Willing to do weekly cleaning chores
References of living with others in renting a room
Steady employment or income verification
Background and soft credit check: $30 (application through Zillow)
$750 (all utilities included including high speed wifi)
Refundable security deposit: $750
Renter's insurance required (about $10 a month)
