Private, furnished room in lower level of split-level house. View of the back yard and private half bath. Shared full bath upstairs. This is the guest room in our house. The house is walking distance from WSU Vancouver and to Legacy Salmon Creek hospital. Kitchen is not listed as shared though it can be used by arrangement. Guests are welcome to plug in a crockpot or a burner in their room (we have both items to share). Successful past renters have been a health-care worker who walked to job near hospital and Verizon manager, on assignment in the area. A single parking spot is available in the driveway. Prefer single renter, working or engaged with college activities. Month to month rental. $740 for rent and $80 flat fee for waste, water, electricity and internet. 6-month arrangement possible if both parties agree following meeting.

I am a teacher and live here with my daughter who is in 7th grader. We are away to work and school during the weekdays. Evenings and weekends, we work on projects, watch TV, go for a walk or tidy the yard. Sometimes we have company.
