Tons of storage in the extra large closet and dresser. The bed is a brand new full-size memory foam mattress with fluffy blankets and pillows (extras available upon request). A small TV and desk are provided for your comfort. The shared spaces are on the 2nd floor, where you'll find a comfy livingroom with a reading nook and a large couch w TV and a small dining table. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make delicious meals (and a microwave for those "easy button" nights). There is also a half-bath on this level, along with a generous deck along the back that is great for bird-watching (and the occasional deer sighting) while you enjoy your morning coffee. Lease term must be at least 3 months, up to one year. Renter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their privates spaces, and assisting in the cleanliness of the shared spaces. There is no smoking or vaping in the unit or on the deck. No pets. Parking is free and is limited to the "visitor" spaces. Any fines or tickets incurred by the tenant for parking violations will be paid by tenant. There is a cleaning fee of $100 that is non-refundable. There is a security deposit of $200 that is refundable if the lease term is completed. If the tenant leaves before the lease term is completed, any fees or deposits already paid are non-refundable. All utilities and internet are included in the lease, along with any streaming services that the landlord subscribes to at their discretion.
