Curl up in the private fern garden's hanging egg chair with a good book, challenge a friend to a game of ping pong, or watch the sunset from the cozy outdoor seating. - Landlords live on property. We will not come into your private yard space except during our weekly yard maintenance. The middle of the yard is communal space for landlords and guests, this is different than your private yard space. - Utilities are included (water, electric, wifi, trash, landscaping) - no laundry unit on site, but there is a laundromat across the street - regular yard maintenance happens every Wednesday by both landlords and our landscaper - Refundable security deposit is $250 for each guest and pet staying on the property.
