The available room has been newly painted and is accommodated with 100% blackout curtains. We are looking for tenants who value living in a calm, relaxed home that are kind to one another. Currently, there are three tenants (three males, 34, 31, 27) at the residence - one is a copywriter, one works in marketing, one works in engineering - all of which are friendly, respectful, and considerate of each other's boundaries. The monthly rent includes all utilities, and the deposit is $500. There currently is a friendly Siamese cat at the residence, but unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed.
