I'm renting two rooms in a four-bedroom condo. This is a renovated condominium, in Ventura. Only single individuals are accepted. The bathroom is shared with another person. Tenants will have full access to the kitchen and living room. Currently, a female lives in the master bedroom, and a male will be moving out at the end of the month. I am looking to rent two other rooms. One room is bigger than the other. The bigger room is being rented for $1200 and the other room at $1100. I seek a clean, responsible, and respectful individual. No drugs or alcohol permitted. The rent amount includes water, gas, and electricity.
