This is a 3-4 month lease FURNISHED HOME, fully stocked. No need to bring anything. The lease provides availability July 1 through October 31st. Home is 3 bedroom/2 bath however the master suite is closed off during my absence and your stay. (This is not a sub lease. I'm the owner.) Prefer one person or couple. Your bedroom provides a VERY COMFORTABLE queen size bed, dresser and chair. 2nd bedroom is for occasional guest and provides comfortable pull out couch/bed. All linens provided. You will have exclusive use of entire remaining home including living room, large kitchen with SS appliances including gas stove/oven, dining area, reading nook overlooking our peaceful lake, outdoor paved lanai in rear and front sitting area. (Garage use negotiable.) This is a quiet gated neighborhood with private community pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court. Home is extremely well maintained and clean! THIS IS A 3-4 MONTH LEASE available within July 12th through October 31st. Prefer single occupant or a couple. Guest room has a pull out couch for your occasional guest Utilities are included up to a maximum useage of $250 per month (extraordinary usage over that typical monthly amount will be charged). There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Garage MAY be available for one car. You will receive a professionally cleaned home before you arrive. Any extraordinary cleaning found to be necessary upon your departure may be charged. This is a fantastic home with great vibes and juju. The community is friendly and safe. Your peaceful and comfortable retreat awaits your arrival.
