I am a 40-something professional photographer who is looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the desirable Shadowridge area of Vista. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in the Shadowridge area of Vista. We are close to the 78 freeway, as well as restaurants, stores, and a park with basketball, pickleball and tennis courts. The house would be shared with myself and my dog. The house is 2000 Sqft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and common areas are large. No Pets allowed. This room is unfurnished and measures 11x14. The bathroom for this room is in the hallway and will only be utilized by you. $1400 (utilities not included, your portion is usually around $200 per month) Along with the rented room, you also have shared access to the entire house, which includes: Spacious kitchen Large backyard and patio One shared garage parking space (if your vehicle fits) In-house Washer/dryer Owner maintained yard Dining room and breakfast nook A little bit about me. I primarily work from home, where I will be in my office. When I am not working, I try to stay active outside of the house. This house is a chill and respectful environment. Guests would be welcome, but this is not a party house. Smoking is not allowed. The dog requires a little time to warm up to strangers, so I am hoping to find someone who is comfortable and patient with the adjustment. If you are not a dog person, then this may not be the house for you. Room will be available by June 1st. I am looking for a 3 month lease to start, but would be very interested in signing a longer-term lease for the right person.
