The lease is $8500 a month for up to 10 people and includes weekly pool care, hot tub care, lawn care, garbage pick up and housekeeping. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story home with a 1/3 acre yard (fenced in the back,) a private pool, hot tub, garage game room and roof top deck.
