Large living room (share 2 walls with landlords living room, the rest of that "wing" of the house is completely private and separate from us) with sliding doors to new deck, 1 new BR, 1 new Bath fixtures including a rain shower and handheld shower, new towels, and rugs too! all new large kitchen fully stocked for cooking, baking, new air fryer, crockpot, new toaster, new keurig, new knives, etc food prep, cleaning, coffee & tea, welcoming basket of snacks/fresh fruit upon arrival. Large bedroom with home office desk space near two bright windows (with new blackout curtains too) with views of the horse pastures next door. All new mattress, bed frame, headboard, furniture, linens (for bed, bath, and kitchen, cleaning supplies included) Private entrance into our separate apartment via a 12 x 6 deck with new bistro swivel chairs and table to watch the sunrise or just breathe and listen to nature. Great community on a private road, lots of horses, rabbits, chickens (we buy eggs once a week from our neighbors, the best!) children and retires, lots of family members. Great community to live in! Cleaning services upon request, fee determined upon frequency. All utilities paid in monthly rent payment. Lease terms are flexible. First, last and 1month refundable (if left in the same condition at move in, with all furnishings in tact, normal wear is expected) security deposit to move in. Willing to work with tenant in the event you need a "payment plan" to move in. Climate control central a/c is set to 72 degrees, from 6am-8pm, 8pm-6am will be 68 degrees for sleep. If you're uncomfortable and in need of space heating or window a/c unit, we will request an additional fee for the electrical usage of $50. Per month. We are a non-smoking household, please no smoking indoors and if you would please be respectful and use an appropriate ashtray for cleanliness and risk of fire outdoors, if necessary. Guests are welcome to use of our private pond (for fishing and daydreaming), decks, pool, chimney, and outdoor seating areas as long as you are respectful to our property, pets, neighbors and planet. Please do not burn anything other than wood in the chimney. Not pressure treated, just plain wood. And stay or monitor all fires until extinguished completely.
