All tenants are required to be named on the list and may be subject to background checks. There is no smoking allowed on the property. Smoking on or in the property will result in an additional cleaning fee and cost of remediation will be tenant's responsibility. Absolutely no cats, birds or other animals besides one approved dog are allowed in the property. Tenant is expected to maintain the property.
