We have a private room available in a nice quiet West Jordan neighborhood. This room is available as of August 15th and we are looking for a responsible, courteous, professional and respectful individual. Good communication and mutual respect for the other roommates is a must. The rental unit has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (the available room shares a bathroom with just 1 other roommate). The shared common areas include large kitchen, dining area, living room and basic workout room. The home is fully furnished and includes WiFi off street parking and washer/dryer in the unit. The room has new paint, trim, blinds & fixtures and is currently fully furnished including bedroom set and dresser. You may also bring any of your personal furnishings if desired. The rent for the room is $600/month and the utilities are split 3 ways (the average for this room is $90/mo.) for a total of $690/month which is due on the 1st of each month and must be paid on time. The optimal roommate will be willing to sign a 6 month lease and a security deposit of $500 is required. In addition a credit/background check, verifiable employment history (1 year min) prior rental history with references will also be required. There is no cost for the initial prescreening and application. The credit/background check fee is $35.00 prior to signing the final lease agreement. $600 per month + Shared Utilities ($90/month) 6 month signed lease required (option to renew at the same monthly rate) Employment Verification, Reference's, Credit and Background Check required.
