The school district includes Riser Elementary, Riser Jr High, and West Monroe High School. The home has fresh paint throughout, some new flooring, and new light fixtures. This is a twelve month lease. We provide garbage service. No pets larger than 25lbs. They must live inside the property. No outside pets. Animals must be walked on a leash. All utilities are the sole responsibility of the tenant. We do not turn on, manage, or refund any utility service charges at this property.
