This mobile home is located the back of a small mobile home park. It has extra storage, laundry room and washer & dryer hookups. The stove is provided. This is in a very quiet park off of Washington Street in the Lenwil, Riser and West Monroe High School zones. Fishing at Cheniere Lake is only a mile away. This is a one year lease. We provide maintenance, garbage, and pest control upon request. Tenant is responsible for maintaining all utilities and yard up keep. It is located in a mobile home park so we do not accept large or outside pets: must be between 25lbs or less inside pet, no more than two animals are allowed. There is a required nonrefundable fee of $250 per pet. Our application process is through Zillow and the applicant must have good rental history (preferably two years, but first-time renters welcome to apply), no pending or prior evictions, income is required to be 3x the rental amount and be able to be verified through three recent paystubs or bank statements. Tenant is responsible for all utilities at this property.
