The living room is an open floor plan to the kitchen area. This is a very quiet, small mobile home park with long term tenants. The school district is Lenwil Elementary, Riser Junior High, and West Monroe High School. It is conveniently located off of Hwy 3033 and just 1 mile from Cheniere Lake, Dollar General and five miles from I-20. There is parking for two vehicles. The lease is for 12 months. A shorter lease can be negotiated for more monthly rent. We only take small animals, under 25lbs. Each pet must be housed inside the home and has a $250 non refundable fee per pet. Dogs must be walked on a leash. Due to insurance restraints, we cannot except aggressive breeds. We provide garbage at this mobile home park. All yard mowing and yard up keep is the responsibility of the tenant. All utilities besides garbage is paid by the tenant. We are not responsible for any utility issues with bills or usage. The utilities are the tenants responsibility with the utility company. You must come to our office at 503 Martin Street in West Monroe to see the property. We do not except any online payments or leases. Our office is open Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. We can schedule appointments outside of these times by request for approved applications.
