The bedrooms are private and the common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are shared. There is laundry access on the premises. Beautiful yard for gatherings and a lovely patio area to enjoy days and evenings outside. One person per bedroom. Tennant pays heat, electric, water, sewer, and Internet. This house is very energy efficient and utility bills are extremely reasonable. Split between all tenants makes it very affordable.
