Trail 14 is nearby, so all season use is an option here. The cabin itself is a real asset. A previous owner was in the process of expanding their solar power system and installing a sauna...so, while there are plenty of projects to move forward on, it's an amazing place to get out and enjoy the great UP! This property is somewhat remote and does not have county maintained year-round access.
