Gyms, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, lounge with sports bar and Navy Federal and Apple Credit Unions are within walking distance. At least 3 shopping areas to the left and right of the house. There is the Potomac Mills Mall and the Stone Bridge Potomac Town Centre which both has a movie theatre, and restaurants providing a wide range of cuisines; they can be found within 10 to 15 minutes' drive from the house. There is close access to 95 and 95 Express Way and Route 1, as well as alternative routes to Springfield, Tyson Corner, Manassas and Frederiksberg. This is a great place to live, lots of activities and a quite safe neighborhood. The Sentara Hospital and Patient First urgent care is within 10 minutes' drive while there is a fire station within walking distance. This space is preferred for a 12-month lease renewable but could consider six months duration or situation that cases the lease to be terminated prior to the 12-month period but 1 full month notice is required.
