Bike parking is available outside the unit. - Rent does NOT include utilities. For single occupancy there will be a $300 per month charge that will include water, electricity, garbage, sewer, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. For double occupancy, utilities will cost $500 per month. Property showings will take place only after application has been completed and submitted. This is a pet friendly property. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the driveway and another on the street. Tenants must permit a quarterly cleaning and inspection of the property. Tenants are expected to clean the dwelling and maintain it in good condition. Any damages or repair needs should be communicated immediately to the landlord. Lease term would be ONE YEAR with the possibility of an extension upon mutual agreement. Utilities charge of $300 will be charged per month in addition to the rent (for single occupancy) and will include water, electricity, garbage, sewer, and fiber wifi. A security deposit of $2250 will need to be submitted along with a $150 one-time registration fees. Smoking, marijuana use, and drug usage is strictly not permitted on the property and will be cause for immediate eviction.
