Located in Warner Center in Woodland Hills, close to the freeway, Costco The Village, the Topanga Mall, and only 20 minutes from the beach and a short drive to the city (depending on traffic of course). June-August the park right here does concerts in the park. The complex has a great pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts. It also has a stream that runs throughout the complex and behind all of the units, which is nice for walks and relaxation at the unit's back patio- especially with this unit which has a waterfall feature. We get little ducks, turtles, and fish in the water. The unit is two stories, with both bedrooms and the second full bathroom upstairs, with a powder room downstairs. The HOA fees are covered by the landlord and the utilities are split between me and the renter. All of the appliances are 3 years old and we have a great handyman for whenever anything needs to be fixed or replaced. The room can come furnished with a mattress and frame, some drawers, and the decor can stay or go. The room can be unfurnished if desired. Ideally looking for a 3 month agreement then month to month. No smoking whatsoever. No guests. Utility Deposit of $300. Utilities are split in half, based on previous single occupancy bills. No daily working from home.
