Very private wooded lot about ten minutes from Sugarbush Resort. The parcel has 200 feet of road frontage, which is average for this area, but over 900 feet of depth making it deceptively large. A driveway permit is already in place, and some light clearing has been done at the midpoint of the road frontage. The southeast corner is utility pole number 25341, and the southwest corner is a point in between the next two poles left of the clearing. The property is very close to Sugarbush Airport, which is a small runway for light aircraft and gliders. The scenic Beaver Pond Snowshoe Trail also passes through the property heading north. To view we recommend approaching from the east past Wadhams Stable. At the end of Applewood Road, turn left onto Woods Road South, which is a one-lane dirt road in good condition.
