This space is perfect a female looking for a quiet, respectful living environment. You will be sharing the basement with another college age female. The basement features a bedroom with personal tv, shared bathroom, living room area with couch and tv, kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, air fryer, and washer and dryer. Access to oven upstairs if needed. House rules- no overnight visitors, quiet hours enforced. We as home owners live upstairs and value our privacy, so we ask tenants to primarily use the basement space. No pets allowed. We do have a dog that lives on the main level with us. Property has a pool for the summer. 6 months lease then month to month. No smoking on property.
