Enjoy your winter in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath custom home. Sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 master bedrooms having access to their own bathroom. One has a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds with one having a single mattress available under bed to pull out. After a long day on the slopes or snowshoeing have a soak in the hot tub that sits just outside the back deck. Our home is in Zephyr Heights and only 5 minutes to casino, Gondola, Heavenly Village and ski resort. We are about 10 minutes to Stagecoach lift chair to access slopes easily. Our home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac so it is very quiet with no through traffic and great sledding out our door. Utilities included: Internet, garbage, water & sewer Utilities not included: Gas, Electric and snow removal This is a ski lease from January to end of April with start/end dates being flexible. Tenant is responsible for gas,electric and snow removal. There is an estimated $400 utility payment per month and tenant will get a refund or owe more out of security deposit at end of lease depending on usage. Security deposit is 1 1/2 first months rent and filling refundable if house is left in same condition as when arrived.
