As texted notification come your way, following up quickly means that you’re more likely to earn the contact’s attention and trust.

Since these notifications can be sent out anytime during business hours (8 am to 8 pm), we recommend striving to follow up with the prospect withing five minutes or less. Calling the prospective buyer immediately is optimal for the best customer service – their first impression of you will be that you are quick and readily available to help them.

We also recommend the following tips:

  • Take your phone off of silent or vibrate modes during business hours
  • When you receive a notification, briefly review the contact details to see what information can help you on your call.
