Make the Most out of Every Opportunity

Consumers spend time online when they are available to do so – which is oftentimes during lunchtime, after work and on weekends. Making yourself available during these peak times to help them when they are available means you have more opportunities to connect.

It’s also important to pace yourself throughout the month to make sure you’re continuing a strong and consistent follow-up cadence, particularly if you aren’t able to make contact in your first follow-up attempt. If you have a planned vacation or will be out of the office, it’s best to have a team member or assistant follow up for you while you are away.
