How to Request Customer Reviews

  1. Once logged into your Zillow profile, click on Lender Hub in the upper right corner of the site
  2. Click on the “Reviews” link in the blue navigation bar
  3. You will see a “Request reviews” header with a link at the top of the page. Click the “Copy link” button next to the link and this will copy your personalized review link to your clipboard.
  4. This link can be shared with your current and past clients through email, text message, on your website or blog and even on social media. It’s unique to your profile so that when a customer clicks the link, they will see your information on the page and know that the review is for you. They will be prompted to log into or create a Zillow profile before they can write a review.
