This month, a Zillow Academy onboarding update helps partners jumpstart their learning journey. Then two new features for teams are live: One enables team leaders to help their team members showcase more past sales in their profiles. Another allows leaders to manage contact exporting permissions for individual team members.
As a new or returning Zillow Premier Agent partner, you'll see direct links to formative Zillow Academy classes right from the Home screen of the Premier Agent mobile app. These Zillow Academy courses set you up to make a great first impression and equip you to deliver a strong end-to-end customer experience.
Now team leaders can help their agents build trust with customers upon connection. Team leaders can now add team members to their past sales as a secondary agent. Members get to showcase their experience by displaying more past sales in their Zillow Premier Agent profile.n

Team leaders can now manage the permission to export contacts based on each team member's needs. This can help reduce the risks of losing leads to departing team members.
