Listings: View and edit your listings that are posted on Zillow and Trulia. (This functionality can be found under the Settings menu on the app.)

Incoming leads in your inbox
Your inbox is accessible from the main navigation on desktop and the mobile app. It’s your smart communication hub for staying a step ahead anywhere your business takes you.
Here’s what you need to know about your inbox to get started:
Every direct contact, connection and nurture lead from Zillow Premier Agent gets delivered to your inbox. These are marked with a small double arrow pointing to how you got the lead or your optimal next steps.
Messages from any of your contacts also get delivered to your inbox.
You can search your inbox and filter your leads. Search by name or keyword, or filter your leads by type, My Agent relationship status and more.
Inbox entries are in chronological order. The most recent leads and messages are at the top of the list.
Every thread from a contact gets its own entry. When a contact reaches out by both email and text, for example, you will see two separate entries.
Every time you get a new lead from Zillow Premier Agent, you get more than just their contact information. You also get key details about their home search.
To see all the info gathered about your lead on the Zillow Premier Agent app, start by opening the lead from your inbox. You will land on the lead message panel, where you’ll see any messages from the lead, details on how they reached out and follow-up recommendations.
You can tap across the icons in the top row to access:
The property details panel: This is marked by a house icon when your lead is inquiring about a specific property. In addition to property photos, a map and pricing info, you’ll find a direct link to connect with the listing agent.
Your lead’s contact details: Here you’ll find readiness information provided by the lead, such as their pre-approval status and their time frame to move. When we deliver a new lead, we automatically set their status in the lifecycle of your relationship to New.
The inbox on desktop presents the same information in a three-panel view. From left to right, you can see:
New leads and summaries of your recent messages
Your lead’s message and any property information
Your lead’s contact details
If you oversee a team of agents, Zillow Premier Agent also offers powerful tools to help you get the right lead to the right agent. You can set up detailed rules for routing leads to your team members by type, price and location. With a few taps, you can even put team members on pause while they’re on vacation or unable to accept new leads. Learn more about lead routing for teams
Getting notified about incoming leads
You can set the Zillow Premier Agent app to notify you anytime you receive a new lead, helping you to respond quickly and intelligently. Notifications are available in three channels, and they can be customized to suit your preferences.
Email notifications: Anytime you receive a new lead, we send an email to the address associated with your agent profile.
Text alerts: When you enable text alerts to your mobile number, we will send you text notifications about incoming leads during a schedule that you choose.
Push notifications: With the mobile app, you can get instant push notifications directly on your mobile device’s home screen. They’re designed to help you make a great impression before, during and after receiving a connection from Zillow.
To enable and customize push notifications, access your mobile device’s native settings. This short video shows you how.
To set up text and email alerts using the mobile app:
Open the More menu from the main navigation at the bottom of the screen.
Access the app’s Settings from the wheel in the upper right corner.
Tap on Other Notifications.
Push Edit next to either Text Alerts or Email Notifications.
To set up text and email alerts on desktop:
Open your Settings from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner.
Click Notifications under the Inbox heading at left.
Push Edit next to either Text Alerts or Email Notifications.
