The MLS feed agreements keep rolling in. Today we're excited to announce that the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) has signed an agreement allowing its brokers to send listings directly to Trulia and Zillow. With 31,000 members, ARMLS is one of the largest MLSs in the country.
Matt Consalvo, CEO of ARMLS, said, 'When brokers choose to syndicate, ARMLS wants to provide the options to facilitate that decision.'
Errol Samuelson, Zillow Group® chief industry development officer, had this to say about the new feed agreement:
ARMLS’s market, which includes the greater Phoenix metro, is desirable for home buyers and sellers alike because homes are still affordable, the population continues to grow and home values continue to appreciate – all of which is good news to the buyers and sellers ARMLS’ members represent. Now through a direct feed to Zillow and Trulia, ARMLS members have complete control over their listings while having them marketed to the broadest audience of home shoppers on two of the most-visited real estate websites.
Through the Zillow Partnership Platform, real estate agents are prominently displayed as the listing agent on all of their listings and receive leads directly from Zillow. Brokerages receive attribution, branding, a direct link back to their websites and daily reporting access. To learn more about the platform, email mlspartners@zillow.com or call 206-757-4250. To inquire with Trulia about establishing a direct feed, please send an email to MLS@trulia.com.
